At 4him&her Apparel & Accessories, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Return eligibility and windows vary by product and supplier. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to check if your item is eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return Email us at hello@4himherapparel.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos or video if the item is damaged or incorrect. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs depend on the supplier's policy and will be communicated when your return is approved. Some items may require you to cover return shipping.

Refunds Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video as proof. We'll work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items Some items are non-returnable depending on the supplier's policy. Orders under $10 are not eligible for returns. Final sale items are also non-returnable.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
